TJ was the Executive Creative Director prior to heading up the Contact Point Management Department in 2006. In his role as Executive Director of Contact Point Management, TJ built the digital capabilities, delivering seamless cross-media solutions. Through TJ's leadership, Dentsu INDIO became one of the leading digital agencies in the Philippines, and he eventually led the company as Managing Director.
In the middle of 2012, TJ came on board as Group CEO for the independent digital company, Hot Air Balloon Digital Group. With its 5 business units, Hot Air Balloon Agency (digital agency), Gondola (mobile solutions), Envelope (digital media platforms), Burner (digital production & outsourcing) and Altitude (events and activations), the group aims to simplify digital for its clients and customers by offering innovative and effective digital products and services.
